Oriessa works with brands, agencies, and independent creators who share our appreciation for thoughtful design, honest beauty routines, and everyday craft. If you make or represent products and ideas that fit naturally into Home Decor, Fashion, Beauty, Nails, Hairstyles, Fitness, Weddings, DIY, or Interiors, we would love to hear from you. This page explains what we welcome, how we work, and how to send a proposal that gets read.

What Kinds of Collaborations We Welcome

We are selective about partnerships because our readers trust us to recommend things that genuinely work. That said, we are always open to fresh ideas that align with our niche. Collaborations we typically consider include:

  • Sponsored articles or guides featuring a product, tool, or service relevant to our categories
  • Product reviews and honest try-it-yourself features (skincare, nail products, hair tools, fitness gear, decor pieces)
  • Brand features tied to seasonal content, such as wedding season or home refresh guides
  • Affiliate or referral partnerships for products we would recommend regardless of compensation
  • Creator collaborations, including guest tutorials, styling tips, or DIY project features
  • Image or resource partnerships with photographers, stylists, and small studios

We do not accept collaborations that conflict with our editorial values or that ask us to publish misleading claims, exaggerated results, or unsafe advice — particularly around beauty treatments, fitness routines, or DIY projects involving tools and chemicals. Every partnership is reviewed against the same standards described in our Editorial Policy.

Content Standards We Maintain

Whether a piece is sponsored or organic, our readers get the same quality of writing, the same fact-checking, and the same tone. We never let payment influence whether we call a product good. If something does not perform as promised, we say so — or we decline to publish the piece at all. Sponsored content is always clearly labeled, in line with our Disclosure practices, and any affiliate links used within a collaboration follow the guidance in our Affiliate Disclaimer.

We also expect brand partners to respect the same standards our community follows, as outlined in our Community Guidelines. This includes providing accurate product information, honoring any safety notes we need to include (patch tests before trying new skincare or hair color, proper form and rest before starting a new fitness routine, careful handling of tools and materials in DIY projects), and allowing us editorial freedom to write honestly about the experience.

Disclosure and Transparency

Transparency is non-negotiable for us. Any sponsored post, gifted product, or paid partnership is disclosed clearly to readers, and we keep our practices aligned with current advertising guidelines. If you are curious about how we handle sponsored content, affiliate links, or gifted items, our Disclosure page walks through exactly how we label and manage these relationships. We ask potential partners to review this page before reaching out, so expectations are aligned from the start.

What We Look for in a Brand Partner

The best collaborations tend to come from brands and creators who:

  • Have a clear connection to one or more of our core categories
  • Offer products or services with real substance — not just a trending name
  • Are comfortable with editorial honesty, including constructive feedback
  • Can provide clear product details, ingredient lists (for beauty or nail products), or specifications (for decor, fitness, or DIY items) ahead of time
  • Respect turnaround times and communicate clearly throughout the process

We are especially interested in working with small studios, independent makers, and niche brands that might not have a huge following yet but bring something genuinely well-made or well-designed to the table. If you are new to collaborations, take a look at our About Us page to get a better sense of who we are, what we cover, and the kind of voice we bring to every piece.

How to Send a Proposal

The easiest way to start a conversation is by email. Send your proposal to [email protected] with the following details, which helps us respond faster:

  • A short introduction to your brand, agency, or creative work
  • The specific category or categories your product/service fits (Home Decor, Fashion, Beauty, Nails, Hairstyles, Fitness, Weddings, DIY, or Interiors)
  • What kind of collaboration you are proposing (sponsored post, review, guest feature, affiliate partnership, image collaboration, etc.)
  • Any relevant links, media kits, or product samples you can share digitally
  • Your general timeline and budget expectations, if applicable

We read every proposal personally and try to respond within a reasonable window. If your pitch is not quite the right fit at the moment, we will let you know honestly rather than leaving you waiting. For general questions unrelated to partnerships, our Contact page has additional details on how to reach the right person on our team.

Before You Reach Out

We recommend briefly reviewing our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as well, particularly if your collaboration involves data collection, giveaways, or user-submitted content. Understanding these policies upfront helps both sides avoid misunderstandings later and makes the collaboration process smoother from pitch to publish.

We genuinely enjoy building long-term relationships with partners who care about quality as much as we do. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear what you have in mind.
